Data we collect

Nex+ may collect account details, contact details, profile photos, NFC tag identifiers, NexCard and NexPet profile content, pet information, support messages, app activity, notification tokens, and approximate or precise location when you use map or Paw Trails features.

How data is used

Data is used to create and secure your account, manage NFC products, show pet profiles, deliver notifications, sync analytics, process support requests, improve reliability, and provide location-based app features you choose to use.

Location, camera, photos, and notifications

Location is requested for maps, nearby pet features, and trail tracking. Camera and photo access are requested only when you use those features. Notifications are used for account, NFC, pet, and activity alerts.

Sharing and public profiles

Some profile, NexCard, NexPet, and lost-pet details may be visible to people who scan or open your shared links or NFC tags. Avoid publishing sensitive information you do not want others to see.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from Profile > Account & Legal > Delete Account. Deletion removes or anonymizes account data subject to security, fraud-prevention, legal, transaction, and backup-retention requirements.
